The Phase Breakdown gives you a real-time overview of the financial information included in your scope. That involves the cost per phase, cost per assigned role, and the total project cost. You can opt to view this breakdown by phase or by role.


Total Project Cost

The total project cost reflects the entire cost of your scope.

If you have a set budget for the project in mind, you can update the total project cost and the remainder of the scope, including the price per service, will auto-update to reflect the change.

If you have not set a budget for the total project cost, your scope price will accrue as you add new services or change the cost of individual services.

Note: You can undo a change to the total project cost right when you make it by clicking undo at the bottom right of the page.


Cost per Phase or Role

The donut graph displays the cost per phase or role, depending on which "Group by" option you've selected.

If you group by phase, when you hover over each color of the graph you'll see the price breakdown based on the current scope you put together. If you continue to add new services and phases or make changes to the scope, the graph will update to reflect the real-time value.

If you group by role, you'll also see the payout breakdown as you hover over each color of the graph. If you continue to add new services, update the role assignments per service, or make changes to the pricing of the scope, the graph will update to reflect the real-time payout for each role.
