Whether your client information has changed or you made a small typo when adding it to your Wethos account, updating your client’s information is always important. This article will walk you through how to update this information. You can update your client's information at any time by going directly to the client page on your navigation menu or from within the project overview page.

The Client Card:

From your navigation menu, you will find the clients page. Here you’ll find your full list of clients, the number of projects you’ve worked on for them, and the date the client was added. By clicking on the client’s name you can open the full information card for your client. To update the information, simply click on the edit button on the right-hand side next to your client’s name.

Wethos project management interface with active projects and client details

From your client’s card, you can include additional points of contact that you work with and any additional information or notes that you need.

Create new client contact form with name and email text fields and create and cancel buttons

Note: By adding a client contact, your client will not be notified by the platform or by Wethos. This field is only for reference and to designate who will receive the scope of work.

The Project Overview Page:

From the Projects Page, you can access all of your projects at any time and edit any information related to them. Once you’ve accessed your project, you’ll see the project overview page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find the contact information. You can add a new contact email address directly through this section by clicking on the "+" sign or edit your contact’s information by selecting the ellipses next to the contact and choosing edit or delete.
