Here’s how it works:

1. Generate an instant timeline of services for a snapshot of team bandwidth

The magic of a Virtual Studio is that it’s powered by an innovative new operating system. Our platform will instantly carry your scope data over and populate a timeline of services, a breakdown of work assigned to each role, and an automated budget tracker.

2. Simplify staffing to focus on managing your talent, not your time

Once teammates are invited, you’ll see who has accepted their invite and who is still pending. Similar to when you’re building your scope, you can reassign services to a different role, change due dates, adjust the price, and even swap teammates at any time during a project.

3. Track tasks against your scope to protect your team from scope creep

Let’s say you’re in the middle of a website project and your client calls you to ask if your team could also whip up some social posts from the website assets for their launch... scope creep.

You can now access the “edit scope” button or toggle back to your Scope tab and add social assets. When you return to the Manage tab, you'll see social assets have automatically appeared and can assign the service to an existing teammate or create a new role and invite a new social media teammate to the scope

4. Easily add or swap teammates to avoid team burnout as clients’ needs change

The great thing about this new system is that it streamlines everything in a way that makes it super easy to adapt to scope changes or requests from your team too. If a Designer needs to bow out for the holidays or a Social Strategist is strapped for time, you can re-assign a role and the uncompleted services to a new teammate or invite a new teammate to join the project and pick up where they left off.

5. See tasks complete, who's owed what, and reconcile your budgets in real-time

As your project progresses, you can now mark services as “complete,” triggering your budget tracker. The progress bars will show you how much of the budget has already been used in each phase based on how many services from that phase have been completed, super simple.

By marking your team’s services as “complete”, you can ensure you have a clear record of who completed what services when, and for how much.
