Assemble your dream team by adding your collaborators or inviting new teammates to projects.


On the Manage page, you'll see a list of Open Roles below your timeline.

Hover over a specific role and click on the paper airplane that appears on the far right of the role card.

This will prompt you to "Invite teammate to role."

A menu bar of all your existing collaborators in Wethos will open up to the right.

At the top, click the magnifying glass to search for a collaborator by name, click the filter to filter by group, or click the plus sign to send an invite to a team member who is not in your collaborators and is not yet a member of Wethos.

If adding a user from your existing network...

Click on the "Invite" button on their collaborator card. A window will pop-up prompting you to send a message for them to join your project by accepting/declining your invite. If the invited teammate accepts the invite, they'll be asked to create a profile on Wethos on the free tier of the platform.

If adding a new user with the plus sign...

Click on the "plus sign" at the top right. A window will pop-up prompting you to send a message for them to join your project by accepting/declining your invite. You will need to fill out their name, email, and a short message. If the invited teammate accepts the invite, they'll be asked to create a profile on Wethos on the free tier of the platform.
