Submit your Scope to the Wethos Template Library

At Wethos, we value collaboration over competition. As knowledge is power, we believe creating a system that enables studios to not only share their scopes but also their prices, will make the creative community stronger (and more profitable).

To make your experience on Wethos more valuable, we’re requesting an open call for scope templates in various areas to contribute to our data-backed pricing engine. Nothing’s better than getting accurate pricing from the community who knows them best. With your help, we can evolve the recommendations the platform provides with the most accurate and up-to-date rates and templates.

If you’d like to bring your value to power the engine and submit your scope of work template, choose the "suggest a new template" button from the Templates tab.

Here’s what you need to know to contribute your templates to the Wethos scope of work template library:

There’s a high volume for the services listed below, but there are not many that exist on the Wethos platform. We provide ongoing search analytics to prioritize the areas for template development:

🎨 How to create your template

Templates must meet the following requirements to be added to the Wethos Services Library. Go through the checklist below before sending your scope for review:

Sign into your teams.wethos.co account and build your scope.
Give your scope an easy-to-reference title (i.e. Instagram Growth Campaign).
Provide a brief overview of the project in the description.
Add any tags relevant to the scope so the template is easy to discover.
Break out your Project Phases, and use the Services Library to add any relevant services. Some may exist in the platform, and you may need to create new services that apply to the scope.

📨 Submitting your template for Wethos review

If you’d like to add your scope to the Wethos Services Library, submit through this form. Provide the following for review:

Your name
Your email address
Define the type of project that’s relevant to your scope (i.e. App Design)
The name of your scope
A description of your scope, in 1-2 sentences
The link to your scope
A brief note on what the scope helps you or your team accomplish
Your location (city and state)

👍 Our approval process

Our team reviews all scope submissions bi-weekly and will reach out to you via email to let you know if your scope is approved to be included in the Wethos Services Library.

We approve scopes based on the areas that we’ve prioritized for template development and quality. With that, your scopes can be as specific or general as you’d like as long as they fit the aforementioned requirements.

If your template is accepted, you’ll have the option to either receive $40 into your Wethos Payments Account, or a $40 Amazon Gift Card within 30 days of approval. If your template isn’t accepted, you’ll receive $5 for every five (5) templates you submit to the platform.

✅ Terms of Service

Every new template submission must adhere to Wethos’ Community Code of Conduct and Terms of Service.

Wethos Services Library templates are exclusive to Wethos’ Teams platform.
If a scope template has any bugs, we’ll remove the template from the Services Library until the issue is resolved.
You’re welcome to advertise your scopes on your personal website or on other channels, but they must link to the template URL from the Wethos platform.
Poor-performing our outdated templates will be removed from the Wethos Services Library.
The submission compensation structure is experimental and may change.
