Update, find, or edit information in your Wethos Payments Account.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE: On May 14th, 2024 all Wethos Payments Accounts will be closed as we are transitioning to a new form of payment acceptance for your invoices. Once closed features such as debit cards, account statements, account transfers, and account and routing numbers will no longer be available. On May 14th, the Payments Tab will also no longer be available. Please download your account statements or CSVs before this date and make any withdrawals of the funds in your account. If there are any funds left in the account, they will be mailed to you within 30-60 days of account closure. You can learn more about this in our featured Help Center article HERE.

1. How can I update my business name on my Wethos account?

Please email [email protected] and include the following information to make changes to the business name connected to your account:

  • Your name

  • Your existing business name

  • Your new business name

  • Legal documentation of the name change

  • The email address Wethos should contact you to confirm the change

2. How do I change my mailing address?

Please email [email protected] and include the following information to make changes to the mailing address connecting to your account:

  • Your name

  • Your existing mailing address

  • Your new mailing address

  • The email address Wethos should contact you to confirm the change

3. Where can I find my routing and account details?

Your routing and account details will appear on your Transactions page within “Payments Account.”

4. Where can I see my account balance?

You can view your account balance within the Transactions page within “Payments Account."

5. How do I invite a friend to join Wethos?

You can invite a friend to join Wethos and set up a Payments account by sharing this link with them.

6. How do I change my email, phone number, and/or password?

You can change your phone number and password by going to your Account Settings page.

To change your email address, please reach out to [email protected] and specify the current email you have and the email you’d like to swap.

7. How do I close my Wethos Payments Account?

If you feel like Wethos isn't working for you or meeting your expectations, we'd love to hear about it first! Drop us a line at [email protected] to tell us what you're having trouble with or how we could be doing better. We'll get back to you ASAP!

If you still want to close your account, you can do so at any time and for any reason by emailing us at [email protected].

We reserve the right to refuse your request if you have a negative balance on your account. We recommend that you transfer or withdraw any funds you may have in the account prior to submitting a request to close the account to avoid delays in receiving your funds. If your Account is closed with a balance greater than $1.00, we will return any funds you may have in the Account to you by ACH transfer to another bank account or by paper check. We reserve the right not to return the funds to you if the balance in your Account is $1.00 or less.
