Can I get a copy of my data?
You can request a copy of your data by reaching out to [email protected]. Please specify your request including the data you'd like to receive and the email address connected to your Wethos account.
Wethos may ask you to provide additional information to ensure the request can be fulfilled successfully. Copy of the data will be sent to you via email as a PDF within 30 days of your request.
Can you delete my data from Wethos?
You can request for Wethos to delete your data from the system and any third parties associated. To do so, please email [email protected] stating the purpose of your request and the email associated with your Wethos account. We’ll work to fulfill and confirm the request within 30 days.
