Manage and edit your Wethos plans from Wethos Starter, Wethos Pro, to Wethos Teams.

We want to make it easy for you to manage your Wethos Plan. Here are some frequently asked questions that will help:

How can I find details about my Wethos Pro Plan?

To view your Wethos Pro or Wethos Team subscription information, including billing details and previous monthly charges, simply log into your Wethos account and head to your Account Settings (click your profile icon in the top right corner→ select “account settings”).

Once you’re in account settings, you’ll see a section for subscription settings. Click on “update billing info” to see your subscription details

How can I update my payment information?

If you want to change the credit/debit card being used to pay for your Wethos subscription plan, head to the Account Settings in your Wethos account.

Once you’re in account settings, you’ll see a section for subscription settings. Click on “view or update billing info” to view and update your current payment method. Select Add payment method to enter in new card details. You'll be prompted to make the new card you entered your default payment method for future subscription charges.

How to update your Wethos Pro or Wethos Team subscription

Can I pay annually?

Yes, Wethos offers the option to pay for your subscription on an annual basis. You can get Wethos Pro at $15/month, or $144/year ($12/month billed annually!) or upgrade your account to Wethos Teams for $75/ month, or $576/ year ($48/ month billed annually!).

If you signed up for the monthly cycle but would like to move to an annual billing cycle, simply log into your account and go to the Account Settings section of the platform. Click on “view or update billing info” and select “Update plan”

From here you'll be able to toggle between monthly and annually.

How can I cancel/downgrade/pause my subscription?

If you’ve tried out Wethos Pro or Wethos Teams and determined that it’s not a great fit for you or your business, or you need to pause your subscription for a moment, you can always cancel your subscription from within your account. Head over to your Account Settings and click on “update billing info”. From here, you'll have the option to cancel your subscription.

Once we cancel your subscription, you’ll remain in the Wethos Pro or Wethos Teams tier through the remainder of the billing cycle you paid for. After your billing cycle is over, you’ll be moved to our free tier, Wethos Starter.
