Managing Your List of Clients

Learn how to manage client information on the Clients page, like contact information, notes, and more.

With the Clients Page, you can easily add all of your client’s information, edit their details, and maintain organized records of all contacts associated with each client.

Adding Clients

To begin building your client list, navigate to the Clients page on your navigation menu.

Once there, you can click the Create Client button to build your client list. If you’ve already started your client list, you can click on the “new client” button to continue building your client list. You’ll be prompted to enter their name, select the industry your client is in, and select the size of your client: 1-10 employees, 51-200 employees, or 500+ employees.

Once you've filled out this information, select Create Client to save it to your account. The Clients tab will display your list of clients for quick reference:

Editing Existing Clients

If you need to edit your client’s information, here's how you can do so:

  1. Click on the name of the specific client you wish to edit

  2. Select the Edit icon on the right-hand side to the Client name

  3. Make the necessary updates to the client's information

  4. Save your changes to ensure they are reflected accurately

Adding more contacts to your Clients’ information

We know that your clients may have various points of contact for different aspects of their projects. Whether it's an accounts payable contact responsible for ensuring timely payments or other key stakeholders, our system allows you to maintain a record of all relevant contacts.

Here's how you can add multiple contact records to each client:

  1. Click into the client record you want to add a contact for

  2. Select the “New Contact” button

  1. Enter the contact's name and email address in the designated fields

  2. Select "Create Contact" to save the contact and associate it with the client

You can view the saved contacts for a particular client on the left side of the client’s record page.

If you want to edit the information associated with the contact, select the ellipses next to the contact record. From here, you can update the contact name and email address. Click “Save” to finalize any changes you made to the contact.
