At Wethos, we understand the importance of showcasing your skills both within and outside of the Wethos platform, which is why we’ve designed Wethos Profiles to be shareable externally. Build out your profile on Wethos and share it on other platforms to increase your visibility!

Sharing your own profile

We’ve made it so that sharing your profile can be done in 3 quick steps:

  1. Navigate to Your Profile: Begin by logging into your Wethos account. Once logged in, click on your profile icon, located in the top right corner, and select Profile

  2. Copy Profile Link: Once you're on your profile page, you'll notice a "Copy link" button in the top right. Click on it, and it will automatically copy your profile link to your clipboard.

  3. Paste Your Profile Link: With your profile link copied, head over to where you want to showcase your skills and simply paste your Wethos profile link. This will allow anyone clicking on the link to have full access to your Wethos profile, where they can explore your skills, experience, and portfolio.

When someone clicks on your profile link, they’ll get the full view of your Wethos profile. Here’s what you can expect this to look like:

Sharing other profiles

Wethos also empowers you to refer your network to projects by sharing their Wethos profiles.

Here's how to do so:

  1. Locate the Profile: To refer someone from your network, start by locating the profile of the person you want to recommend. You can do this by searching for their name in the search bar of the Network tab. Please note that a user has to make their profile as viewable by anyone in order for them to appear in the network.

  2. Copy Share Link: Once you're on their profile, you'll see an ellipsis (three dots) next to their name. Click on the ellipsis, and it will open a menu. In this menu, select the "Share" option. Doing so will automatically copy the share link to your clipboard.

  3. Paste the Link: Head over to the project or conversation where you want to refer someone from your network. Simply paste the copied link and when someone clicks on it, they’ll be able to see the profile of the freelancer you shared!
