Welcome to the new Analytics Page, the source for all of your business insights. This page will provide you with a full overview of all of the graphs available on other Wethos Pages like your Dashboard, Invoices page, and Projects page. Rather than jumping between pages to understand the relationships between your projects, invoices, and earnings, you can get an overall look at your data on the Analytics page.
At the top of the page, you’ll find your main dashboard proposal graph which allows you to see a comparison of projects won vs invoices paid. Scroll down through the analytics page to find your Projects graphs and Invoice graphs.
It’s important to remember that all of your account graphs update automatically as you add new projects and invoices. You can manage the data displayed on each graph by choosing a specific date range. Each graph is defaulted to the last six months but you can personalize this range by clicking on the drop-down menu at the top right of each graph.
Project Reports
The projects report section of your analytics page will provide you with the Status by Creation Date graph and the Projects by Value vs Duration graph. If your graphs look out of date, you can head over to the projects page to update your data. To access the projects page you can click on “Projects” in the navigation menu or simply click on the “go to projects” button on top of your graphs.
Invoice Reports
Just like your project report section, your invoice report section provides the graphs from the Invoices page including your Unpaid Invoices by Status graphs and your Invoices by Payment Due Date graph. If you need to create a new invoice or record a payment to update the information on the graphs, you can head over to the Invoices page by clicking on ‘Invoices’ within the navigation menu or selecting the “Go to invoices” button.
Remember, all of your data graphs update automatically as you make changes to your projects and invoices so it’s important to keep your information up-to-date so that you can get an accurate reflection of your business’s performance.
