Choose 1-2 skills your project needs to succeed and filter your search based on those priorities. Filter your search on the Network page by clicking "view all" under services and selecting and searching for services necessary for your project.

Now, your search will only show people in the network who have included those skills in their profile!

While on the Network page, click "View Profile" to learn more about a member's profile.

Wethos Pro members can easily initiate connections within the platform if they come across people they believe would be a valuable addition to your network or a great fit for an upcoming project. Check out this article to learn more about connecting with and contacting others in the network.

If you see someone you are interested in working with but whose availability is set to "available soon," still reach out! They may be available within a few weeks, or they can hop on a project with you in the future.

When inviting a contractor to your project, you can send them a message with that invite. Send over a link to your schedule with the invite and plan a quick, no-pressure chat with your potential collaborator so you can get to know them and they can learn a little more about you and your project before diving in.

You can also access contractors' social media if they include it in their profiles. Send them a direct message and let them know you invited them to a project on Wethos, and learn more about them through their Instagram or LinkedIn!

Wethos allows users to set their availability for work and tag their industries and interests. This allows you to get to know contractors and their past experiences quickly and easily while offering them a job that pertains to their interests.
