IMPORTANT NOTICE: On May 14th, 2024 all Wethos Payments Accounts will be closed as we are transitioning to a new form of payment acceptance for your invoices. Once closed features such as debit cards, account statements, account transfers, and account and routing numbers will no longer be available. Also, after May 14th, the Payments Tab will no longer be available. Please download your account statements or CSVs before this date and make any withdrawals of the funds in your account. If there are any funds left in the account will be mailed to you within 30-60 days of account closure. You can learn more about this in our featured Help Center article HERE.

Keep track of your monthly transactions from the Transactions tab. Monthly statement summaries will begin to appear after a month of using your Wethos Payments Account.

Statements are generated automatically at the start of each month by our banking partner. You can expect your stamens to be available in your Wethos Account within the first week of each month.

Head to the Transactions tab from the Payments Account page.

Click on the ellipses next to the make a transfer button.

Select “View Statements” and select which month you'd like to download, or click on the month/year to quick-view that statement before downloading it.

The Wethos Payments Account statement will include the following:

  • Account owner information including name, mailing address, and last four digits of account number. If this is an LLC account then it will show the company name on the statement.

  • Our banking partner information. (Blue Ridge Bank & the mailing address)

  • Opening and closing balance for the month.

  • All transactions made during the month including the date, description, amount, and account balance after the transaction.

  • A summary of any fees incurred.
