You've signed up for a Wethos account, and now you're ready to jump back into the platform. This article will help you work through any issues you might run into when logging back into your Wethos account.
Before you log back in, it's important to remember how you signed up for Wethos. Your sign-up method will determine how you log back in.
With Wethos, you have two options to sign up for an account:
Sign up with Google - Simply click on the “Continue with Google” on the sign-up page. You’ll be able to use your Google login for all future logins. Never worry about having to remember another password!
Sign up with your email address - Enter your First and Last Name, email address, and create a password. You’ll use this email address and password for all future logins.

Logging in with Google
If you signed up for Wethos using your Google account login, make sure you log back in by clicking the “Continue with Google” button on the sign-in page.
Please keep in mind that the Continue with Google option won’t work for you if you didn’t create your Wethos account with your Google login.
Logging in with email and password
If you signed up for Wethos with your email address and created a password, that's the method you should use to log back in! It might be tempting to click on the "Continue with Google" button if your email address is a Gmail address. However, please keep in mind the “Continue with Google” button will only work if you created your Wethos account with your Google login.
Logging in to your Wethos Teams account
We understand that there may be times that you have multiple Wethos accounts, especially if you have your own personal Wethos account and are also part of a Wethos Team account. If you’re looking to log in to your Wethos Teams account, make sure to use your login credentials unique to your admin account.
It’s important to remember that for a team member to sign up to their Wethos Teams account with Google, they must click the link in the invite email received to sign up for a new Wethos account. If they don’t use that link, their created account won’t be linked to your Team account. If this happens, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
Forgot your password?
If you created a password during sign-up but are having trouble remembering it, you can always click the “Forgot password?” option on the login screen or visit our How to reset your password help center article for more information.
