How does the referral program work?
Each current Wethos Pro or Team subscriber will have a unique referral link that they can share with their friends and family. Find and generate your personal referral link from your dashboard or click the Send a referral icon in the side navigation.
Share the link with as many people as you want — no limits! You can easily send the referral link directly to your friends through our platform via email or copy the link to share however you want - social media, text, email, etc.
Once someone successfully signs up for a Wethos Pro or Team subscription in their new account using your referral link, they'll get their first month free and you'll receive a $20 Amazon gift card!
As a referrer, your $20 Amazon gift card will be emailed to you in 3-4 business days after your friend has successfully signed up for a paid plan.

What should the people I refer know about the program?
All referred new users must sign up for Wethos using a valid referral link to unlock one month free of their choice of Wethos Pro or Wethos Team.
Referred users who sign up for either paid plan will get their first month free.
Unless the referral user adds their card info while on the trial, they’ll automatically be moved to Starter once the trial is up. In order to keep access to advanced features, they’ll need to subscribe moving forward.
Once their trial is up, users can opt into Wethos Pro for $12/mo paid annually ($15/mo paid monthly), or Wethos Team for $48/mo paid annually ($75/mo paid monthly).
What are the requirements for a successful referral?
For a referral to be considered successful, the following requirements must be met:
Your friend must use your referral link and sign up for a new Wethos account
Your friend must choose Wethos Pro or Wethos Team and subscribe by adding their payment info.
As a referrer, how will I receive my credit for successfully referring friends?
When your friend has completed the necessary referral steps and upgraded their account, you should receive an email within 3-4 business days, letting you know that your referral did subscribe to Wethos and has been successful. Within that email you'll also receive a $20 amazon gift card for each successful referral.
For example, you sent your referral link to 5 friends over the weekend. On that Monday, 4 of your friends sign up for Wethos and choose the Pro or Team plan to trial using your referral link. Once their 30 day trial is up, if any of them add their payment info to upgrade to Pro or Team, you'll receive an email from us letting you know that your referrals were successful and you'll receive $40 worth of amazon gift cards (2 x $20)

What if I don't want an Amazon gift card?
Sometimes you might not want another gift card to Amazon - we get it! The other alternative is getting your reward credited directly into your Wethos Payments Account. If you decide that you want to go the route of credit into your Payments Account, reach out to [email protected] and let us know.
Please keep in mind that you must have an approved Wethos Payments Account and reach out to us before your Amazon gift card is issued. If you reach out to us after the gift card has already been sent to you, we're unable to swap it out for a credit into your Payments account.
How many friends can I refer?
You can send unlimited referrals, and for each successful referral, you’ll receive an additional $20 amazon gift card. Remember, your friend/referee must be a brand new Wethos user and sign up with your unique referral link for them to be eligible for the 1-month credit and for you to be eligible for the $20 gift card.
What do I do if my referral link is not working?

What happens if my friend or family does not sign up for a paid plan?
A referral bonus will only be granted once your referee upgrades their Wethos Account to either Wethos Pro or Wethos Team. Should they decide to wait and see if Wethos is right for them, they can upgrade their account at any time. As long as they signed up for a Wethos account using the referral link, once they upgrade their account, you will be notified within 3-4 business days and receive your referral bonus. If your friend or family lets you know they upgraded their account and you did not receive your referral bonus, contact [email protected] and let us know what’s happening. We would be happy to help!
How do I know if my referral worked?
If your referred friend or family member has created their Wethos account and upgraded to Wethos Pro or Team using your referral link, but you did not receive an email within 3-4 business days letting you know you received a gift card, please reach out to our Support team at [email protected] so we can look into your situation.
