How do I downgrade from Pro to Starter?

If you decide you want to downgrade from Wethos Pro to Wethos Starter, you can easily cancel your subscription by following these steps::

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select Account Settings.

  2. Scroll to “Subscription Settings” and click “View or Update Billing Info.” You’ll be taken to the customer portal, where you can manage your subscription.

  3. Select the Cancel plan button

  4. Select a cancellation reason to help us improve (optional).

Please note that by downgrading to Wethos Starter, you will lose access to some of the features and benefits of Wethos Pro, such as unlimited projects and proposals, access to the Wethos invoice payment methods, custom branding, customizable proposal templates, and more. You can always upgrade again at any time if you change your mind.


When will my subscription downgrade take effect?

Your downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. This means you will still have access to all Pro features until then. After that, your account will be switched to the Starter plan, and you will no longer be charged.


What features will I lose if I downgrade to Wethos Starter?

If you switch from Wethos Pro to Wethos Starter, you will lose access to all the features exclusive to the Pro plan. These include:

What will happen to my projects after I downgrade?

After you downgrade, you’ll only have access to your most recently created project. Any older projects you have created will be hidden from your Projects tab.


Can I still create and send invoices when I downgrade?

Yes, you can create and send unlimited invoices and maintain an invoice pipeline on the Starter plan. However, only on the Pro plan can you schedule invoices to send later, send invoice reminders to clients, and accept payments directly through your favorite payment platforms.


Can I restore my Wethos Pro subscription if I change my mind?

Yes! You can upgrade your subscription plan anytime from your account settings. Your upgrade will take effect immediately.
