Create an AI-Generated Proposal ✨

As a Wethos Pro ⚡ user, creating proposals for your business just got a lot easier with Wethos AI-Generated Proposals. This functionality blends the magic of AI-powered data with our unique structure for detailed proposals that build trust to win over clients for your next pitch.

When searching through the Wethos Templates Library, you’ll find access to the AI generator through the “Generate a proposal” banner at the top of the pop-up window.
You can also access the AI proposal tool by going to your Project page and selecting “Create project” at the top right of the page. This will show a dropdown list of options you can use to create your proposals, including our new AI tool.
You’ll need to subscribe to Wethos Pro ⚡ to use the AI proposal tool. You can learn more about Wethos Pro ⚡ here.
After selecting “Generate with AI”, you’ll need to answer a few quick questions about the project you’re looking to create.
Once you’ve filled out the necessary information, click on the “create project’ button to watch the magic happen. Our AI tool will create a proposal at the click of a button. You’ll notice that your proposal is broken out into phases (if applicable), and further broken down into individual services with robust descriptions. Once generated, this proposal will be fully editable so you can add or remove any details to fully tailor the proposal to your business.
*One thing to keep in mind is that this proposal will not include any pricing like our templates do in order to make sure the pricing recommendations are sourced directly from your community of peers so you can use Community Templates with confidence.
TIP: Add “In Spanish” or any specific language at the end of the prompt, and you’ll have the proposal generated in any language you need!
Just like any of the other proposals you create on Wethos, you can easily customize the settings on the proposal to not show service prices or descriptions, and then send the proposal off to your client for signature once it’s ready to go.
Along with an AI-generated proposal, you can also create custom contract terms with the Wethos AI contract term generator. Once you generate your proposal with the AI proposal Generator, simply scroll down to the contract term section on your proposal builder and toggle on the option to include contract terms. Select the “add a contract term” button and choose the AI generator option to bring up the pop-up generator and include the details of what you are looking for.
