Access the Contract Terms Templates
Add Contract terms from Wethos’ Templates for your proposal
Access Wethos' Contract Terms Templates:
As a Wethos Pro user, you can access Wethos’ Templates of contract terms by selecting the “Templates” tab on the navigation menu on the left of the page. You’ll see a pop-up with access to all of Wethos’ Templates.
Select the “Contract Terms” tab to scroll and browse through Wethos’ 20+ contract term templates.
You can also access Wethos’ Contract Term templates through the Contract Terms tab on the My Templates page. As a Wethos Pro user, you can add your custom terms from scratch, from the templates library, or an AI-generated contract term to your personal Templates. Learn more about this process in the “Create Custom Contract Terms” article.
To access the Wethos' Contract Term Templates, select "From Template." Once you’re in the Wethos Template Library, you can use the search bar to look for any specific term that fits your needs or filter your search using the categories on the left of the library.
Click on the drop-down arrow to expand the text of the term. Once you find the Contract Term you want to add to your Templates, select “save template.”
Congratulations! You now have a new contract term added from our templates library to your templates.
To see all of your saved contract terms, you can head to the My Templates page.
Add Contract Terms to Your Proposal
Within a project, select “edit proposal” and navigate to the bottom of the proposal builder to locate the Contract Terms section.
You can toggle the Contract Terms section on or off, depending on if you want to include contract terms for your client. If toggled on, you can add contract terms from the Templates, create a new term from scratch, or create one using Wethos’ AI contract Term generator tool.
When you select “Add from Library” you will see options to add terms from your saved templates or from Wethos’ template if you’re a Wethos Pro subscriber.
Select the “+” to easily add the desired contract term to your proposal. Remember, whether you create a contract term with our AI generator or select one from our Templates, all contract terms are fully editable for you to customize to your business needs.
