My Templates - Scope Templates

Instantly add and customize your favorite scopes in the My Templates section of your Wethos Account.

Welcome to the My Templates section of your Wethos Account. Streamline your work by saving the scopes that best fit your business for future use.

The Scopes section of My Templates is a Wethos Pro ⚡ ️ feature that allows you to save the scopes you created or choose your favorites from the Wethos’ Scope of Work Templates.

You will be able to save scopes to your templates if you have upgraded to Wethos Pro.

If you are already a Wethos Pro user and you choose to downgrade to Wethos Starter, you will no longer have access to any of your saved scopes.

Saving from Wethos Scope Templates:

With Wethos Pro ⚡ , you’ll have unlimited access to our entire library of templated scopes of work with pricing recommendations from other freelancers to help you raise your rates.

Filter your search by typing in the type of work you're doing, for example, "social media" or "website design." Use the Filters to determine the type of scope you're looking for (Marketing, Design, Web Development, Video Production, etc.).

Once you have selected the template you’d like to use, select “add to my templates,” and you will see your new saved scope template in My Templates for future use.

Creating your Own Scope Template:

Can’t find a scope that you’re looking for in the Wethos Library?

With Wethos Pro ⚡, you can create your own scope from scratch to make it easier to build your projects with all the information that fits your business needs.

Choose the create “From Scratch” option to begin. Then, input all the necessary information for your scope, including Template Name, phases, services, and price.

Instantly add any service from your library or Wethos’ Library to your scope template.

All your work is autosaved as you make any changes, so you can rest easy knowing that you can exit the page anytime and all your work will have been saved.

Once you are sure all the information you need is ready, select “done,” and your template will be saved to My Templates. Edit any saved template at any time and update your library as you grow your business.

If you are a Wethos Starter 🌱user and want to take full advantage of the Wethos Scope Library or build out your own personal scope templates, you can upgrade to Wethos Pro ⚡️ at any time by going to your Account Settings, or by selecting the “Upgrade to Pro '' at the bottom of your navigation menu.
