IMPORTANT NOTICE: On May 14th, 2024 all Wethos Payments Accounts will be closed as we are transitioning to a new form of payment acceptance for your invoices. Once closed features such as debit cards, account statements, account transfers, and account and routing numbers will no longer be available. Also, after May 14th, the Payments Tab will no longer be available. Please download your account statements or CSVs before this date and make any withdrawals of the funds in your account. If there are any funds left in the account will be mailed to you within 30-60 days of account closure. You can learn more about this in our featured Help Center article HERE.

1. Payments

First, you’ll land on the Payments tab where you are able to track and keep tabs on all of your invoice payments and their status. You will also be able to see the options available to your clients to pay your invoices. You can learn more about this tab in our Payments Help Center article HERE.

2. Transactions

Navigate to the Transactions tab from the Payments Page.

On this page you’ll be able to see an overview of your account balance, your account information, all of your transactions, link external bank accounts, make transfers in and out of your account, and assign expenses to a project. You can learn more about this tab in our Transactions Help Center article HERE.

3. Debit Cards

The Debit Cards tab is your source for all things related to the virtual and physical debit card associated with your Wethos Payments Account.

Request a Wethos Card to seamlessly account for all project-based expenses in one place. For Wethos Card FAQs, check here.
