After publishing your proposal and sending it to your client, they'll see something like this:

Your customer can sign & accept the proposal by clicking on the “sign and accept” button at the top right of the proposal or at the bottom of the page.

They can also download your proposal by clicking on the icon next to the “sign and accept” button. When they select sign & accept, they'll be prompted to enter their name and email.

Voila! Your proposal has been signed and accepted.

You and your client will receive an email confirmation once they've signed and accepted the proposal.

If you decide to include a deposit for your proposal, an invoice will be automatically sent to your client when your proposal has been signed and accepted.

You can find this invoice in the invoices section of your Wethos Account.

You can learn more about including a deposit in your proposal in our detailed Help Center article here.

When downloading the signed proposal, you will see the reflection of the client's acceptance at the bottom with the date on which they signed off.

If at any point you want to see the status of your proposal, head over to the project and select your desired project

Once you click into the project, you'll see a timeline showing you the progress of your proposal:
