What is your Business Dashboard?

Let's break your dashboard down a bit so you can fully leverage the insights it holds.

Getting Started

The Getting Started checklist is a quick activity guide that helps new users navigate and understand Wethos quickly. It ensures you can set up and utilize the platform efficiently, maximizing your experience from the start. This checklist is tailored for you based on the questions you answered when signing up for your account and what you're looking for the most in Wethos!

Projects Won vs. Invoices Paid

You’ll notice on the top of the dashboard is a chart that shows the total amount of your projects won (the cumulative amount of projects with the status won, in progress, or completed in the timeframe) compared to the invoices you’ve gotten paid in the time frame selected. This graph will compare your planned revenue versus actual revenue so you can easily understand the amount you’ve gotten paid and the outstanding amount you’re owed as you run your business.

View your planned revenue versus actual revenue over various time frames to see how your business is tracking over time. Your chart will default to the last 3 months, but you can click the drop-down in the top right to change the time period you want to look at. Your options are:

  • 3 months: This option lets you view your projects won vs. invoices paid for the past three months. This can provide a snapshot of your company's recent performance.

  • 12 months: This option lets you view your projects won vs. invoices paid for the past 12 months. This can provide a more comprehensive view of your company's performance over a longer period of time.

  • YTD (Year-to-date): This option allows you to view your projects won vs. invoices paid from the start of the current year up to the present date. This can provide an up-to-date view of your company's performance for the current year.
