A Beginner's Guide to Navigating Wethos
We’re here to help you navigate your Wethos account with confidence. We understand that starting on a new platform can be overwhelming, but fear not! We've broken down each section of your account, providing a summary of what you can expect and accomplish to help you understand where to go within the platform. From setting up your business branding to managing projects, payments, invoices, and more, we've got you covered.
In the top left-hand corner, you’ll find an item called “My Business.”
Here, you have the opportunity to add your Business Name and Logo, giving your business a unique identity. If you're a Wethos Pro ⚡ ️ user, you'll have the ability to choose a brand color and font for your client documents that aligns with your business. These branding selections will be applied to your invoices and proposals, ensuring a cohesive and professional look representing your brand with every client interaction.

Next, you’ll see your Dashboard - your home for your business. Any time you log back in, you'll land on your Dashboard. Your Dashboard provides a high-level view of your business to help you keep your pipelines organized and get a quick overview of important metrics, updates, and notifications. It’s there to help you manage your workflow and give you a glance at relevant information without you needing to dive into each tab of the platform.
You'll also have access to a quick getting started checklist to get you acquainted with your Wethos account and the tools it can provide you with.

Navigate to the Project tab to locate your home for everything related to your Projects and their proposals, invoices, and details. In the Projects section, you can manage and create new projects, with each project allowing you to create a proposal that includes your project goals, your detailed scope of work, and the addition of contract terms, all within one document.
You can send your proposals to clients for signature directly from the platform, knowing that your proposal will look professional and personalized with your Business’ branding.
The My Templates tab holds the key to faster proposal building. As a Pro user, you can save and manage scopes of work, services, and contract terms - whether created from scratch, created using Wethos’ AI generator tool, or chosen from Wethos' library.

Create scopes or contract terms in a matter of seconds with Wethos’ AI contract term or proposal generator and add them to your templates library. You will also be able to save the services that this AI proposal generator provides you to your templates library for later use. The Contacts page allows you to manage your clients and contractor network. Here, you can keep all client information, like size, contact information, notes, and more, in one centralized place.
Open your Wethos Payment Account within this section to start accepting client payments and managing your business expenses effortlessly. By leveraging our integrations with Stripe and Plaid, you can receive payments via credit card or bank transfer with low processing and transaction fees.
You can also view your Payments Account transactions, easily transfer funds, as well as manage your business debit card all in one place for your business, separate from your personal accounts.
In the Invoices section, you can easily create and send unlimited invoices with just a few clicks, ensuring you get paid faster.
From this tab, you can keep track of each invoice's status, due date, client, and the associated project so that you can always have a high-level overview of your invoices at a glance.
If the invoice you are creating is associated with a project, you can also keep track of your invoice status and payment status by going to the invoice tab within your project.
Templates
Discover Wethos' template library in the Templates section. Whether you’re looking for examples of Scopes of Work, Services, or Contract Terms, this is the go-to place curated by our community of freelancers and studios.
